Your Office Visit

Office hours may vary by practice location, but are generally from 9:00 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., Monday through Friday.  You will need to check with the specific office for any variations to this schedule.  Click here for a complete listing of all physicians associated with Digestive Health Associates of Texas, P.A.

Your appointment will be scheduled as soon as possible based on your current medical needs or problems.  Once your appointment has been scheduled, you may download patient information and medical history forms by clicking here in order to save time before your visit.   These forms can either be completed online or printed and completed by hand prior to your office visit.  If you choose to complete them online you must print them after completion and bring them into the office for your visit.  Whether you complete these forms prior to your visit or not, you should probably arrive at your physician's office 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment.
