Managed Care Insurance

For your convenience, our endoscopy centers participate in a variety of health insurance plans and will file your insurance for you (click here for a listing). Typically, out-of-pocket expenses could include, but may not be limited to, deductibles and co-insurance. Any medical care determined by your insurance company to be a  "non-covered benefit" is also your responsibility. It is very important that you notify us of any change in your insurance coverage. Incorrect information could mean delays in payment from your insurance company. In order to reduce waiting time, it is a good idea to arrive a few minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time and have your insurance information with you.

Medicare Beneficiaries

Endoscopy Center at Central Park is a licensed Medicare provider. We will bill Medicare directly for fees associated with your care. As a beneficiary of Medicare, your are responsible for deductibles and co-insurance.
